Client tasks
time management
All timestamps are delivered in UTC. Fields declared as date-time carry the offset explicitly (2022-04-01T12:00:00+00:00), every other timestamp is delivered as 2022-04-01 12:00:00. The conversion to the local time zone is done on the client side.
translations
All textual content is also returned in a neutral form, so that translations are only done on the client side.
versioning
The version is part of every path (/customer-api/v1/…). Within a version, changes are additive only: new routes, new optional parameters and new fields in a response may appear with any release, so a client ignores fields it does not know. Removing or renaming a route or a field, making a parameter mandatory or changing the meaning of a value is a breaking change. Breaking changes are collected and released under the next version number.
